“WO”mentum can be defined as a woman’s ability to honor and celebrate herself. The purpose of “WO”mentum BuildHERs is to support and honour every woman’s journey in doing this.
It all began in March 2016 with one telephone conversation, and the friendship between Donna and Haseena was ignited.
Then November 2016, life provided an opportunity for Haseena to spend a week in New Jersey, U.S.A. with Donna. They became sisters. They became the reality of how there are no limits, no boundaries, no borders and no separation that exists, except in our minds. From two different continents and different cultures they created “WO”mentum BuildHERs in March 2017. Its journey and their journey is EVERY WOMAN’S JOURNEY.
Together they stand up as women who have defied the norms and expectations of society; when they were told they were nothing, they have risen up to honour themselves, each other and every woman who is told she is less or she can never be anyone of value…together they say: “I AM every woman and you can stand strong on the foundation of my story to build your own story.”
They are the women who dreamed a dream and found a way to create it. That dream includes many women dreaming and finding a way to create their own dreams.
It’s all about the journey…and it’s EVERY WOMAN’s JOURNEY…
